Next Generation Leaders.
The ASA Leadership Program follows a youth-led approach that empowers teens to demonstrate responsibility, decision-making, and accountability. Through the program, our teens attend monthly meetings, go on college tours, gain hands-on job experience, internships, give back to our city through community service projects, and attend leadership conferences and trainings.
